Shipping & Delivery

The cut off time for same day shipping is 4:00 PM (PST), excluding weekends and major holidays.
All orders are shipped via the requested Shipping Carrier and Shipping Time/Method option chosen by Customer at the time of checkout (via FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Many of our products are made of heavy-duty materials and as a result, weigh a lot. Weight is the primary factor in estimating shipping charges and with larger orders, weight can total hundreds of pounds. To help offset some of this cost we offer our FedEx discount to you, but also give you the option of UPS and USPS so you can compare the prices and choose the one that works best for you!


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase. Buyer has to pay the shipping fee for the return under all circumstances.

A- After 30 days, ABBA Lighting USA will replace or repair the defective or damaged parts and components based on the guideline within the limited warranty,

B- Merchandise returned free of defects or damages must be returned in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. In addition, ABBA Lighting USA can assess a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund or exchange.

C- Credit for the full cost minus shipping and processing fees, where applicable, will be issued to the customer upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

D- In terms of damages or exchanges, we are NOT responsible for labor compensations

Returns & Exchanges


*All returns for exchanges or refunds must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.*

How to Return an Item:
*Important -- packages without an RMA# will be refused.*
After Sending in a return request to the contact email address provided You will be given an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within 1-2 business days from receiving any returned or defective items and will be credited to the same payment method used in the original purchase.

If there is a discrepancy with your order that is deemed to be caused by ABBA Lighting USA (e.g. wrong item, quantity or defective), ABBA Lighting USA will pay for any shipping cost associated with order resolution. Shipping costs associated with the exchange of items accurately delivered by ABBA Lighting USA are the sole responsibility of the customer.

New Products:

The item must be in a brand new and unused condition with the original packaging. Return item in its original packaging with all contents within 30 days of receipt – No Exceptions. The order will be verified in our system upon refund/return request. The product and packing must be completely new and unused so that the product is able to be sold to another customer without question or concern about the integrity of the product. The product cannot have been previously installed. After we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping to and from is not refunded. The returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of returned items if they are abused or under normal wear and tear condition. If your returned items are not in a brand new condition and original packaging a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.

Used products: 

Once a product has been used, it can only be returned if it is defective and falls under warranty. For defective items, ABBA Lighting USA will pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s). Email customer service to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Send the product back. When we receive it, we will test it and verify that it is defective. If it is determined the product is defective, we will send out a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the defective product back. For warranty details, please see our warranty policy.

-Original shipping fees are not refundable.

-All returns must include a copy of the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) included in the package so we can accurately match the order to the correct customer with no issues.

-We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us.
